Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 30 days, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and desired item
  • We’ll reserve your exchange item and provide return instructions
  • Once we receive your original item, your replacement will be shipped at no extra charge

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
